We can help arrange access for contractors at your request anytime you are having works, repairs, deliveries or installations done or provide access for your rental customers.

Keyholding Service

Option 1

For a fixed fee of 7.50€ a month payable quarterly, six monthly or annually.

• We hold the keys, and hand them to authorised maintenance people when requested.

• We will also take delivery in our office of packages and post.

• If required we can carry out a check of the villa on an ad hoc basis for an additional 20€ this will include the outside and the inside of the house, run water through the sinks and flush the toilets, we will send photographs of the check. This is particularly useful if we have had bad storms and severe rain.

Option 2 for a fixed fee of 25€ a month

• We hold the keys, and hand them to authorised maintenance people when requested.
• We will also take delivery in our office of packages and post.
• We carry out a check of the villa on an monthly basis this will include the outside and the inside of the house, run water through the sinks and flush the toilets , we will send photographs of the check. This is particularly useful if we have had bad storms and severe rain.

Repairs, tradesmen and property maintenance

We have access to a local network of professional tradespeople and specialists to help you keep your property in perfect condition.

We can manage any type of repairment and installation for our owners.

Examples:

• Plumbing, pipes and taps
• Electricity
• Air conditioning and Heating
• Carpentry, windows and doors
• Painting
• Garden and pool
• Window cleaning at home

• If required we can organise a plumber, electrician, cleaners etc for an admin fee of 10€ during working hours or 20€ out of working hours.
