***** 5 / 5 We rented a house in Moraira for 2 months and had a very good experience. Amanda set up the (extensive) contract and made sure that there were no misunderstandings. On the first day she welcomed us at the house and we immediately felt at home. It was very nice that we could always contact her with questions and comments. In short, great hospitality and service.

5/5 Vam gaudir moltíssim de la nostra estada. L’apartament és preciós i està decorat amb molt de gust. Compta amb tot l’equipament necessari per sentir-se com a casa, amb ventiladors i aire condicionat que fan l’estada molt còmoda. La terrasseta és un espai encantador per relaxar-se i, a més, té accés directe al jardí i a la piscina. La ubicació és ideal: a només 5 minuts en cotxe del centre de Moraira, amb restaurants i supermercats. A més, és un punt de partida perfecte per visitar altres pobles de la Costa Blanca. Sens dubte, un allotjament molt recomanable!

Hemos estado alojados seis días en una casa en Benitachell. Gracias a Amanda y familia, la atención ha sido fantástica. A la casa no le faltaba de nada, muy limpia y ordenada, con todo lo necesario. Muy espaciosa y con terreno donde nuestra perra pudo disfrutar de libertad. Además, el sitio muy tranquilo. La piscina increíble, muy grande y limpia. Recomendamos 100 por cien. Seguro que repetiremos.

The Villa was in a great location with supermarket and Bars taxi rank and bus stop very close . The Villa itself was very clean tidy and well presented with a lovely pool and outside seating area would definitely come back to this Villa .

Everything was excellent, so new with gorgeous decor and very clean.

Si pudiéramos puntuarlo, le daríamos un diez redondo. El apartamento era lo suficientemente espacioso para los tres, estaba recién decorado y todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Las camas también eran muy cómodas y el aire acondicionado y la ventilación funcionaban muy bien. La ducha también era muy espaciosa, por lo que se podía disfrutar de una ducha maravillosa. La terraza era estupenda, con ventilación y muy bien decorada. El jardín al que daba la vista era precioso y estaba muy bien cuidado, con una piscina muy grande y profunda, que se visita tranquilamente. En resumen, nada que nos decepcionara. Nos encanta cambiar, pero nos gustó tanto que es muy probable que volvamos algún día. Realmente merece todas las estrellas, ¡y la comunicación con Amanda también fue estupenda! ¡Ha sido genial, Amanda! Volveremos con mucho gusto.

Very quiet location, perfect for relaxing. Nevertheless, all important places such as beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and so on are quickly accessible by car. The large pool helps you cool off, and the house has air conditioning. All appliances work perfectly, and the house itself is in good condition. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always available, always with the right answer. In short: highly recommended.

We had a wonderful holiday in the holiday home in Moraira. The house is in a great location, 5 minutes from the beach, with nice restaurants. The house is spacious and has a beautiful view from the balcony. Amanda helped us a lot, she is very hospitable, she made sure the house felt like home. Everything was well taken care of and clean. Communication was quick and clear. All in all, a great stay. We will definitely be back

Wonderful week spent at Casa Tien! The villa is perfect for a family of 5/6 people. We felt right at home and never cramped. Comfortable rooms, bathrooms too, nickel kitchen, several spaces to eat inside or outside, beautiful pool and space around, top bbq and finally the view is beautiful and clear with no neighbors. Upon arrival, everything was impeccably clean, functional and up to our expectations. Well done (and thank you) because that's not the case everywhere. A big thank you also to Amanda, the host of the villa who was always very responsive and friendly with us :) Perfect value for money. We'll be happy to go back.

Staying at Villa Maria was absolutely amazing! The house is perfect and clean, the location absolutely fabulous and the host really helpful and always available! We will definitely go back! Highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved this villa. It had everything we needed, was comfortable and very clean and was in a great position just outside of Moraira.
